  • Phone: You can call the NCH toll-free number at 1800-11-4000 or 1915 to file a complaint. A customer service representative will help you to file your complaint and answer any questions you may have.
  • SMS: You can send an SMS to the NCH number 8800001915 to file a complaint. The SMS should include your name, contact information, and a brief description of your complaint.
  • App: You can download the NCH app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and file a complaint through the app.
